Elmart Worker / Delivery Terms

These terms govern individuals who provide services, deliveries, or other work facilitated through Elmart platform. By accepting work, you agree to these terms.

1. Worker Role

Workers operate as independent contractors. Elmart provides the platform for connecting workers with tasks or orders but does not employ or manage workers directly.

2. Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks diligently and professionally
• Communicate promptly with vendors and customers as required
• Follow all applicable local laws and safety regulations
• Provide accurate reporting of completed work or deliveries

3. compensation & Fees

Workers are paid by vendors or Elmart as agreed for each task or delivery. Transaction fees (e.g mobile money charges) are deducted from payouts. Workers receive the net amount after any applicable fees.

4. Liability

• Workers are responsible for their own safety and conduct
• Elmart is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages during work
• Workers must handle goods carefully; negligence may result in suspension or removal from the platform

5. Termination & suspension

Elmart reserves the right to suspend or remove workers who violate these terms, engage in unsafe practices, or act in a way that harms the platform or users.

6. Changes to Terms

Elmart may update Worker Terms as the platform evolves. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
